Remote Assistance
Contact our service department to determine if remote support
is required.
1. Click the Remote Assistance image below to download the application.
2. When prompted to 'Run' or 'Save', Click Run. This will execute a virus free Remote Assistance Application to allow our service technician to take control of your computer.
3. Close any programs or information you do not want the technician to see
4. Provide the service technician with the ID shown on your screen.
5. The technician will connect and share control of your computer. You never lose the ability to control the computer yourself.

QuickJoin for Webinars/Presentations
Notice: This is not for Remote Assistance, this is used for Webinars/Presentations.
1. Click the QuickJoin image below to download the application.
2. When prompted to 'Run' or 'Save', Click Run. This will execute the QuickJoin application to allow you to join the Webinar.
3. You will then be asked to input your Partner ID which you should have recieved via Email from us, and input a friendly username for us to identify you by.
4. Once you click join you will be connected to the Webinar and can follow further instructions given by the presenter.
5. Alternatively, you can view the presentation directly from your browser using this website. (Requires Adobe Flash)
