Here is how it works You contact MSC Support Team and explain the problem to one of our technicians. If it is determined that a remote support session is an appropriate strategy to sort out the problem, you are then directed to our remote support page.You are then provided with logon information and once logged our technician will temporally take control of the computer system to diagnose the problem. Once the issue is identified, our technician can either correct the problem, or suggest the next coarse of action.

Its fast, simple, easy to use and far less expensive than an on site support call. All you need is access to the internet.
